| Challenge Blurb: | In the transportation process (speed range 0-50km/h), a large amount of sensible heat of high-temperature metals greater than 600℃ is directly released into the surrounding environment, and the temperature gradually goes from high to low, which is not fully recycled and used, resulting in a large amount of energy waste. |
| Challenge Description: | A high temperature sensible heat recovery and utilization technology of moving metal is needed, involving high temperature (>600℃), medium temperature (600-300℃), low temperature (<300℃), heat exchange area is no less than 10㎡, and the transport speed range is 0-50km/h. Technical requirements: 1. Strong environmental adaptability and dust resistance; 2. Stable performance and long service life; 3. Easy to install and maintain. Qualification requirements: 1. Technical accumulation in the field of energy and materials; 2. Capable of control system design. Cost requirements: Low cost, investment payback period less than 3 years. |
